Forskningsprofil
My research in nutritional epidemiology focuses on the relationship between maternal nutrition and the risk of pediatric-onset inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in the offspring. Through three different sub-projects, I will investigate different aspects of the diet of mothers from the Danish National Birth Cohort, including ultra-processed foods, dietary fibers, and dietary patterns.
